Trumpism is morphing into a beast

Conservative institutions are now squeezed between a strident Maga mainstream and a naked fascist far right.

It has been noted that Intercollegiate Studies Institute, an influential conservative group, recently unveiled a new podcast whose first guest, Curtis Yarvin, has defended slavery, said that white people have inherently higher IQs than black people and is calling for the American republic to be replaced with a dictatorship. Conservatism, they argued, is in an “existential” crisis.

The Jungle

No one wants to take the responsibility for creating the beast in the unregulated jungle. Yet it has been argued that there is agreement on at least one thing: that recent events from the Fuentes-Carlson-Heritage scandal has exposed a deep schism in the right that will explode open when Trump departs the White House. So far, the person most pleased about that is Fuentes.
